During the 2nd quarter of the year 2020, we had an issue with our platform; it was inactive for a couple of weeks. During this time, customers were not able to access their funds. While we were working on our system, those funds were automatically put into our ongoing investment program so they could earn interest during the period. Our system is now fully functional and customers whose funds were automatically put into our investment program can now opt-out of the investment program any time they want. All they have to do is reach out to us with their user ID, and the investment will be canceled at no charge. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might caused you or your business.
